Félagsmenn eru hvattir til að taka þátt í könnun sem framkvæmd er af Vörðu-Rannsóknastofnun vinnumarkaðarins og er ætluð félögum í aðildarfélögum Alþýðusambands Íslands (ASÍ) og BSRB.

Könnunin er nú framkvæmd fjórða árið í röð og er markmið hennar að varpa ljósi á fjárhagslega stöðu og heilsu launafólks á Íslandi. 

Könnunin er aðgengileg á mínum síðum sem krefst innskráningar með rafrænum skilríkum.

The survey is conducted by Varða - Labour Market Research Institute, now for the fourth year in a row. The survey provides important information about the current situation in the labour market, especially regarding financial standing and health. The survey outcome will help us analyse the current situation among workers in Iceland, and help us fight for better living standards. 

It only takes about 15 minutes to answer, and answers cannot be traced back to individual respondents. The questions relate to your financial standing, wellbeing, health, and housing market situation.

Varða manages all aspects of this survey, from designing the questions, setting up and conducting the survey, and processing the outcomes.

• The survey can be completed through a mobile, a tablet or a computer.
• The survey is available in three languages; Icelandic, English and Polish.
• Three participants will win a 40,000 ISK gift card.
• The survey closes on Wednesday, 17 January.
• The survey is non-personally identifiable. Participants are invited to participate in a lottery through a separate link, and answers to the survey questions cannot be linked to participation in the lottery.

Ankieta jest przeprowadzana przez Varða – Instytut Badań Rynku Pracy – już czwarty rok z rzędu. Ankieta stanowi istotny element w gromadzeniu informacji o sytuacji na rynku pracy, szczególnie dotyczących warunków finansowych oraz zdrowia. Jego wyniki pomogą nam w analizie sytuacji osób pracujących w Islandii oraz w walce o lepsze warunki życiowe.

Wypełnienie kwestionariusza zajmie zaledwie ok. 15 minut. Pytania dotyczą sytuacji finansowej, samopoczucia, stanu zdrowia, wypalenia zawodowego oraz łamania praw na rynku pracy.

Przeprowadzeniem ankiety zajmuje się w całości Instytut Varða, który jest odpowiedzialny za ułożenie pytań, skład, realizację oraz przetworzenie odpowiedzi.

• Ankieta zostanie udostępniona na dwa tygodnie, a odpowiedzi będzie można udzielać przez telefon, tablet lub komputer.
• Kwestionariusz będzie można wypełnić w trzech językach: islandzkim, angielskim i polskim.
• Trzech uczestników otrzyma bon w wysokości 40 000 kr.
• Ankieta będzie dostępna od czwartku 4 stycznia do środy 17 stycznia.
• Ankieta jest anonimowa. Loteria, w której uczestnicy będą mogli wziąć udział, znajduje się pod innym linkiem i nie ma możliwości powiązania odpowiedzi z ankiety z udziałem w loterii.

Zachęcamy wszystkich członków związku do wzięcia udziału w ankiecie, ponieważ bardzo istotne jest uzyskanie opinii jak największej liczby osób, aby jak najlepiej wykorzystać wyniki do sformułowania i wsparcia żądań związków zawodowych.
